Sorry for graphics beforr you've had your brekkie!
Last couple of days I've been waking at three in the morning with neck pain, a cracking headache, and eye pain. It's got worse! I shall be chasing up that flipping optician today (the ine who was supposed to call me!).

Ouch! That looks painful. You could try putting an ice pack on it to bring the swelling down, but don't put it over your actual eye just underneath. Definitely chase the optician although it does look like an allergic reaction so you could take an antihistamine as well. Good luck!
I'm not sure it's an allergic response. It's been getting gradually worse over last couple of days. Comes with severe neck pain, banging headache and occasional vomiting.
Weirdly, the only thing that seems to help head and neck pain is getting into a freezing cold shower. I literally have to stand under it until my teeth are chattering! The pain wears off enough for me to walk the dog round the block, though sometimes I have to throw up.
That looks and sounds awful. I'd be heading to A&E if I were you Nettac, either that or making an emergency appointment with your GP, particularly because of the combination of headache, vomiting and eye pain. With that list of symptoms, I would say you really need to get checked out. Better to err on the safe side. Take care.
Could you have Sjorgens as dry itchy eyes are a sign of it. My eyes are constantly like this and sometimes they are ok and sometimes like now they are very sore and itchy. You might want to contact your rheumy.xxxx
Got an appointment to see optician around 12. Finally got hold of them this morning (they rang wrong number!). I was asked a whole load of questions again. I explained about headaches, also that I have PsA. The response was `well I can't do anything about that.` I explained that I was aware of that, but perhaps it was all linked.
Ah well...at least I will see someone, but sods law...the eye is less swollen! I took an anti-inflammatory, and the cold water helps. Still, I have photo.
Oh that looks painful. It looks like a symptom of a migraine to me. I'm glad you are getting it checked out. If you don't get any answers from the optician then maybe head to the ER.
I saw the optician, who sent me straight to the eye clinic. My eye is very inflamed. The eye doc said no damage yet. I'm to go straight back to walk in clinic if sight becomes worse, or eyes become more inflamed.
Folks with psoriatic arthritis are at risk of some nasty eye issues, including uveitis. So it is important that you are seen if you get red swollen eyes, or vision problems.
I'm grateful to be OK at the moment, though the doc suggested I ring rheumatologist regarding back, neck and eye pain.
I hope all remains well, as a sister I haven't seen since we were kids (I was put in care) is coming to stay this weekend! Nervous!!
