Yes mine is exhausted now. I chose a wood to walk through as it was nice and cool. Then we came to some fields...not so cool! Gorgeous though.

Dogs certainly make you get up and go . When my dog Jack is in the sun his black coat really absorbers the heat his white ruff feels cool in comparison.

This is a constant trade off in my life. I love walking with my dogs but I know the chances are I'll be in pain or be extremely tired as a consequence. I make the decision based on my mental state usually, if I realy feel that my spirits need lifting I go and to hell with it! Not only that but the exercise does us good. And I bet your dog had a great time! X

I always think a walks worth it. I know there will always be a trade off. Love it with the grandchildren because one day these times will go and at least I can look back and smile. I dread the day when I can't physically do it but play on the old adage 'of use it or lose it' and maybe that day won't come.
