how come some days you feel as if you could climb Mount Everest with a back pack on the next day you can hardly crawl from one room to another. I know this sounds cheeky but does anyone know of any organizations that offer cheep breaks or holidays for those on a limited budged. Billy

ups and downs
That is a really good question and unfortunately do not have the answer fir you.
Some of my family thinks I am magic because one day its my arms and the next my legs. They believe I exaggerate the pain and that oh it's not that bad just get over it or they tell you that you have to get up and do everything they are used to you doing everyday which before would not have been an issue to do all dishes vacuum several loads of laundry clean the bathroom and rest of house and have dinner ready for when they get home now I am lucky to do one of those task without having a nap or rest and housework takes me forever to complete by the time I am finished it is time to start all over again.
Hi Bill, the secret is to pace yourself. On the day you feel you could climb Everest, don't! A walk and a few exercises will do and you'll have enough juice left in your energy reserve to deal with the day you're not feeling too good. In other words, pace yourself. I sometimes go crazy, but always in the knowledge that there will be a price to pay. Hope you find a middle way. All the very best.
I had a great day on Saturday. I helped empty the bathroom in preparation for the refit. Monday, BOOM, it hit me. Didn't get up til 13:30. Had a small trip on local miniature railway came home and went back to bed. Got up at 18:30, sat watching TV and I am shattered.
Let's hope for a better day tomorrow for us all.
