This can be a symptom of carpal tunnel syndrome, do you have pins and needles as well ??

I would discuss all this with the nurse . If it is to do with carpal tunnel splints may help. I hope you get some answers , best wishes 🌸

I get this, but only in my right hand. It makes my grip very poor, its not just when sleeping, it happens at all sorts of inconvenient times. LAst week I managed to throw a whole jar of coffee all over the kitchen at work as hand decided that was time to do it! Do you get cole fingers at the same time? I'm going to bring it up at my nextt appoinment, if it worries you, its worth getting it checked out to put your mind at rest. Hope it gets better soon x

You can buy them online .

Other supports are too awkward to sleep in .i thought i had carpel tunnel but they said no it was the inflamation .

See how you get on but i would mention it on your next visit to the hospital .

hello Ladies, I had a similar issue when last pregnant with hands but I also have rayaurds which is apparently pretty common something like 40& of 24y+ females have it so might be worth a google.

meant to say 40% of over 24y females have, not wanting to add any other disorders to the list though, sorry x
