I am so sorry things are not very good for you at the moment and you sound like your really going through the mill. I hope things soon improve for you darling.xxxxx
Hi Suespain - It would be impossible for any of us to predict anything at this point. You are in a different place than any of the rest of us. So sorry you are going through this, bur our best thoughts are with you..
So sorry to hear of your additional health troubles Sue. I'm sure your team will have a plan for you, your Rheumy & Cardio may need to discuss the better one but you'll not be left high & dry.
Take care.
Consider LDN. It didn't work for me, but it apparently works for some, and seems to be much safer. There is a great group on Facebook called "Naltrexone Got Endorphines" where you can learn more and ask questions. Best of luck.
It will all depend on your next blood tests...as soon as Liver Function returns to normal they may think about re-introducing it I guess. When I had knee replacement I'd had to stop Humira and methotrexate beforehand and after the op my ESR/CRP levels were through the roof but they settled after about a week, almost like the shock of the op had triggered a reactive flare. As far as I know methotrexate isn't linked to heart attack but obvs the docs know best so be guided by them - they will be managing your conditions/recovery holistically in the sense that they will be taking it all into account and trying to prioritise treatment. Cardiologist and Rheumatologist will be consulting each other hopefully. Best wishes for a speedy recovery from all, you really have been through it.
