Have you been to the doctor? I used to get pins and needles in both arms. I had an x ray of my neck and it turns out I have little lumps on my neck and had physio which helped.
I've also had this - related to neck problem. Sports physio sorted it for me
I've had this too. I was told that it was probably carpal tunnel syndrome, and I'd have to have surgery. But it takes so long before one gets treated, that the symptoms disappeared. They still return and then ease off.
Best of luck.
I had intermittent numbness and tingling down my arm which turned out to be cervical myelopathy needing decompression and fixation. Best go see a doctor.
Hi this sensation could be due to vit B 12 deficiency. I had it and got relief with b12.
