Hi everyone,

Just a quick question, I had steroid injections in my ankles a week and a half ago and my ankles are still really sore, if I walk on them for more then a couple of minutes I get really wobbly and still need my walking stick. How long should this last for?

I had an ultrasound guided injection which was very deep in the joint and took about ten days to feel better. If in doubt always worth a call to your health practitioner.
