Good morning everyone of you. Yesterday was a better day for me,still in a fair bit of pain, but i had slept very well friday night thank goodness. I also slept very well last night as well. I have always said that as long as i can sleep i can cope with the pain.
Well yesterday i was out and about round my garden and close out front taking photos. Then in the afternoon some friends came round for a couple of hours which was nice as we sat out in the garden all day. Then last night i went down the allotment with hubby and i took some more photos. We then went over a walk on rough ground where there were fields and we went as far as my scooter would allow me to go. Then we made our way back and i have taken loads of photos and i was very pleased with them. This is my hobby as i was lookng for something to do as there are a lot of things that i can't do,but i can hold a camera and that is a bonus.
I am not sure what i am doing today, whether to go out or just rest up,but i will put a picture up if i can for you all to see.xxxx

As you were out and about yesterday, I would stay in your garden and rest. You don't want to undo all the good and get back that nasty pain. It's lovely to hear that you have found a hobby that you can enjoy and do from sitting, it makes you feel so much better.
Thank you darling. I am still in a lot of pain though, but hey ho the sun is shining. It is something i can pick up and put down when i want which is good.xxx
It is our village church and i had taken my scooter as i can't walk far at the moment. It was a lovely evening. I went up the village this morning to get some money and on the way home i took some more photos and thats all i have done today, yet i still managed to fall asleep for an hour this afternoon. I think i am still not back to normal whatever that is.xxx
