Good morning from a very hot Midlands.......

Well i did sleep last night thanks to a sleeping tablet. I don't like using them,but two nights without sleep in this heat was hard enough so i succumbed. I slept like a baby and feel bright enough this morning,enough to be able to cope with the pain. Yesterday i didn't know where to put myself. I have just taken a cool shower and the fans are on and a lot of the windows facing the sun have their curtains drawn as well. When we have been shopping i will be under the parasol reading the paper and doing my colourin in books. So enjoy your day everyone and i hope none of you suffer too much with this heat.xxxxxx

Good to hear that the illusive rest found you finally... I'm doing a little more room painting today and then will sit in the shade enjoying listening to the wildlife and reading, doodling or colouring Oh and probably enjoying an ice cream as well 😎

I know how you feel. I have rhinitis and after 2 nights disturbed sleep with the heat I hardly slept at all last night because my nose felt like it was 2 feet wide. I feel like a wreck today. Your garden looks lovely and inviting Sylvie. A great little spot to sit and read.x
