I have had chronic pain for years so I have an electric bed, sauna with monochromatic light therapy and hot tub. All awesome ways to treat whole body. The lighting also a good source of vitamin D. I agree with electric blanket as well. I get chills from low grade temps.

What does the electric bed do please?

It has heat and massage but for me I like that I can elevate due to reflux. I also have major back pain so it help support knees etc. I have had it for six years and hate being away from home. It is very hard to sleep on flat bed now lol. Hope that helps.

No guilt for me! I have an electric blanket, and use a sauna and jacuzzi 3-4 times a week They're important therapy for my body AND mind!
