I was advised by my assessor it would be 6 - 8 weeks but in fact it was a day over two weeks when I received the decision letter.

Have you had your PIP assessment yet?

Hi, like NMH has explained I was advised it would take 6-8 weeks for the decision. Mine actually took 7 weeks to arrive when I contacted DWP to check they told me new cases take priority (mine was a reassessment) so yours may arrive sooner! Good Luck!

Hi, my decision letter arrived just eight days after I'd had the assessment. Good luck with yours.
