Had our grandchildren for a sleepover-- managed night feeds, nappies, poppers on vests etc-- and a few games on the wii. Long may the effects of Thursdays injection continue!!!!😊

Steroid injection
Wey hey! Freedom by steroid, it is a wonderful thing isn't it Jacki?! x
It's brill --- was really wary as Amelia is only 8 weeks old--- went without a hitch x
I'm so pleased for you! There'll be no stopping you now supernan, lots of sleepovers!
On another note Jacki, did you see my last post? MTX up to 17.5mg maybe another 2.5 if I don't respond to that. Being referred to Podietry & Chiropody too yay!!
Hi Paula--- hope your husband is improving. How long do you think before your increased meds kick in?;xx
Hiya Jacki. Asleep at the mo but he walked the length of 3 lamposts & back this morning, absolutely no breathlessness! It's wonderful it really is. So much so all he's taking pain med wise is paracetamol & we keep forgetting that until he starts getting pain!
I've not yet increased the MTX as I've not had my copy of my Rheumy's report so I would think neither has the Surgery to change my script. I've to go there tomorrow to drop off h's discharge letter, treatment plan & make an appointment with the nurse to have some stitches out so I'll ask if my doctor has received her copy. I would expect though once I take the increase to notice an improvement within a fortnight, that's how long it was last time.
Hope you're ok today. They're piling into town being a lovely day & half term. Went up to Morrisons & got caught up in it!! x
The Wii is the best bit we can be as silly as we like iam the ski jump champion in our family daughter had depo jab 3 weeks ago made a big difference . Put your feet up and go round smiling at the world and remember Nans rock
Good news jacki long may it continue. I had a depo in sept and it lasted ages. So nice to feel less pain and stiffness isn't it?
