I have severe pain in my wrists and shoulder I have been trying lidocaine patches . They are freezing and floppy and take a few days to help . I also had hpylori and I think that stomach inflammation long term triggered my ra . I would be interested to know if anyone else thinks that it was triggered by something like hpylori

There is increasing evidence to suggest that a lot of autoimmunity starts in the gut. I don't have the research details just now but from all that I have read and experienced myself (although I don't have hpylori) you may well be right.
