Thank you NRAS for your support. If only HaH had had more consideration for their 'customers' earlier, they might have avoided a national scandal in the newspapers?
Yes me too thank you and lots of hugs, to NRAS my second delivery, since the march fiasco of not getting deliveries, so am hopeful it is all behind us. bluetit33
Thanks for that Emma.
Sorry to sound ungrateful but the statement from Health Care at Home is full of claims of improvement that are not happening despite their statement.
In the latest statement from Health Care at Home they advise that patients who are having problems contacting them should email their enquiry which will be responded to within 48 hours. , this currently is not the case and despite Health Care at Homes claims of a massive increase in trained staff on their telephone help lines this has made no improvement at all in my experience as I spent over 300 minutes on hold last week,I finally received a call and the operator didn't know how to arrange a delivery date for my incomplete delivery and said she world call back the next day that's nearly a week ago.
This month Health Care at Home allowed me to go over 3 weeks late for my metoject injections, so I apologise for my negative attitude towards Health Care at Homes latest statement but their current actions don't not match their statement making the statement worthless
Kind Regards
Matt
Here's hoping, their last statement read similarly and nothing changed so we will see !
Sorry but fine words butter no parsnips. This just repeats the reassurances we received before Christmas. I expect NRAS to take a more proactive role, and refuse to collude in HAH's incompetence by passing on this statement, with no indication of further action by them.
I have had to change my anti-tnf, having become sensitised to enbrel due at least partly I believe to missing doses due to failed delivery. This situation MUST be addressed. I, along with many others, have absolutely no confidence in HAH. It's vital that an alternative should be available to the most important people, us, the patients. It is up to organisations like NRAS to campaign on our behalf, to add to all the protests we have already made
