If you have a adjustable showerhead and shower trace the shower head adjusted to pulse onto the sore joints, the warmth may help you.

I do not know what medications you take, try Volterol, warm the tube in warm water, apply to skin/joint

Wish could take anti inflammation drugs but can't take them as had stomach ulcer so even with omprazole protecting it can't have then. On quite a high amount of pain killers which are taking edge off. Thanks for the advice about the shower I will give that a go . Think I just feeling very frustrated at mo

I know how you deal. I was having a good day and decided to take my dog for a walk. I got as far as my next door neighbours and tripped on a raised brick at the edge of her garden. I had to walk close close to her garden as a van was parked up on the path by her house. Anyway, bang, down I went. After receding in a grazed knee, a scraped hand and badly cutting my wrist, I now hurt where I didn't know you could hurt. I didn't need this on top of my rheumy.
