Hi Joe

I wasn't familiar with this type of injection. Having looked it up it seems to be a treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee, rather than rheumatoid arthritis. Is this correct? If so, you might not find many people on here who have had it, as this forum covers rheumatoid arthritis specifically, though some people on here may well have osteoarthritis as well.

It may be worth speaking to Arthritis Care about this, as they are a charity that deals with people with osteoarthritis. Their website is:

arthritiscare.org.uk/Home

I hope they will be able to help.

Kind regards

Victoria

I have had two prior injections 6 months apart. This time there was a pop, doctor said it was a air pocket. No pain from prior shots, the pain is intense this time. Almost passed out. Not sure what is going on.
