I bet your glad that it is out, well done for being so brave and i am glad for you that it is out.xxxxx
I had a tooth out last Monday, removed the day before I should inject Humira, googled it to see what I should do. It advised not to inject two weeks before extraction and advised by consultant to inject on the Friday if no infection. I was really impressed with the pharmacist as he rang my consultant to find out if the antibiotics were ok and when I should inject.
I decided not to inject util the Tuesday. I had taken antibiotics prior extraction and commenced another 7 days course on the antibiotics. On the Monday night I got out of bed to get pain relief as my mouth was painful. Must have passed out, crawled back to bed and woke with a painful little toe! Over a week now and I am sure it's broken, so although I wasn't worried about the extraction, what a week!!! Just glad yours went well and I too feel really glad my tooth is out. Couldn't resist sharing my experience, hope it makes you smile!
So sorry you have had problems. I have been fine although got a horrible taste in my mouth today so i shall get hubby to check it later. I have been doing the salty water rinse but most of all i never gave it a thought i have my tocilizumab infusion monday so think i should ring to check thank you for reminding me about that. Hope you feel better soon. Xx Alison
