The Rheumatology Commissioning Support Alliance (RCSA) is trying to gain a better insight into the local rheumatology services in Bath & North East Somerset and Wiltshire from the perspective of local patients with rheumatological conditions and their carers. We plan to share this information with local commissioners in order to provide options on how to improve the service.
There are many different rheumatological conditions including lower back pain, ankylosing spondylitis, lupus, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis. Most of the questionnaire relates to health and social care services but some issues will cross into other areas e.g. housing.
If you have more than one rheumatological condition and you feel the questionnaire doesn't let you answer the questions about both of your conditions at the same time, please choose one condition to use in your answers, or please do more than one online survey.
Please rest assured that all results will be added up and made anonymous. Comments will not be attributed to any individuals as we want to encourage as much honest feedback as possible in order to help improve local services.
