Trouble with new site.: I hope someone from NRAS... - NRAS
Trouble with new site.
Hi Sylvi,if you e/mail support@healthunlocked.com and give them details they will sort it,it took all day yesterday and 4 e/mails going back and forth but mine is now sorted including the very annoying logging on every time I come on here !! best of luck
Beth xx
I have been able to get on,it is for the others that i posted because not every one is good at coming forward. If anyone wants advice i will always post for them to get sorted out. My blog has brought a response from matt which is a help for those who are not so savvy on the site.xxxx
I was having trouble yesterday but today I finally got in...Yay!!!
Sorry Sylvi. Communications have been very hard for NRAS because the team at HealthUnlocked are responsible for the changes. And we've been working on fixing the bugs which have been changing very quickly.
I just posted an update as a pinned post (on the right hand side of the page). We're working very hard over the weekend - and now some of the early problems are getting resolved we'll try to keep you informed. It can be difficult to personally communicate individually over 200 communities, but thanks to all for your patience...
Hi sylvi,
I too am one of those who is not getting my daily dose of what was blogs.
Are there still problems with the site?
I have missed seeing such familiar faces, and I still don't know what to do about signing on etc
All help and guidance much appreciated.
Thank you sylvi
Hi think i might have sorted this new site. Still can't read a message that is in my inbox think it might be from nras will i ever be able too ? xx
I admit I am becoming baffled, quite baffled. If replies are sent to posts, does the poster get an email to let him or her know that someone has responded to their post? This might all be technology and that we should all embrace it but it is harder when you're a technophobe like me...
Help and advise greatly appreciated,
Thank you
