what is going on with this new site??!!

I am trying to access this site or any of its sister sites.. the green health unlocked banner comes up.. but rest of screen blank.. then after a long pause.. with a hiccup.. blink effect the text appears.. the site is running like a sticking record... slow and sticking??!!

they need to sort this.. I COULDNT even get back on to new site when they launched it for ages, I cant site around all day waiting for a page to load.. my name is alison too x

The site has been running slow for me too. I thought it was my smartphone but it's playing up on my laptop too. I know it's free to use but it should still work properly or people will just give up and go elsewhere. x

It has taken me 2.5 minutes to get to this response form from my email notifications. I've stopped bothering usually just thought that this time I should support your comments. Sadly I won't be able to tell you how long it takes for this response to appear.

It is a little slow loading each question/post for me but not so slow it is a problem, I use Chrome. xxx

I had this blank screen too yesterday - thought it was just my broadband playing up as usual but obviously not! Tilda

It went on for about two hours yesterday, I too blamed the rural broadband!

I am not sure if it is a disaster for NRAS? Guess only they could answer that! If it keeps having constant problems and people can't get on the site, agreed, if it isn't as good as envisaged, or as good as before then it's disappointing indeed. I don't come on as much at the mo, so don't have any frequent frustrations. Sometimes things take longer to happen, but if then do I try again later.

I have had lots of problems with the new site too and find it very frustrating. Does anyone know where I can buy a crutch from I am always falling down and feel a stick doesn't aid my balance. I phoned the hospital today to ask for an appointment with the physio but I have to ask my gp for a referral. AII

I get it too. The other problem is on my mobile. I get messages such abs, so and so replied to you, but nothing under that. As a volunteer I might be involved in lots of posts where people reply to me. Last night I replied to a whole load of posts that were replies to a post I was involved in but hadn't posted. The author must have thought I was crazy replying to all her mail, yes Mads, you know it. But why on some blackberry replies I get the whole reply and on others just so and so replies. It's too confusing. I tried going to open images to no avail.

Please can u look at this issue too? I much preferred the site, the messaging reply by phone and the private messaging before. I have had some private messages not meant for me.

Its CRAZY.. have had the same.. saying people had replied to me but some were other posts??.. plus were have our volunteer badges all gone??
