Does the weather affect your RA?

It does for me!

It's been quite warm around here the past couple of days and very humid. Today, out of nowhere, it started bucketing down and the change in pressure is causing me so much pain and swelling.

It makes no difference to mine except my hands and feet go white in cold and my knuckles and fingers swell up a little in the heat. It doesn't affect the pain though.

Sometimes the weather does affect my RA, in the summer my hand really swells and feels tight, but I am much better in the cooler weather or when I'm on holiday

Wet or humid weather makes my arthritis worse. Trouble is I don't know whether it's my RA or my osteoarthritis, all I know is that I ache and feel sore all over.

Weirdly enough, I only really feel the weather changes in my joints that are damaged and also in the wrist I broke as a child! Thanks for the link samjam :)
