Swelling of the nasals causing dizzy head ???

Does anyone suffer what I think may be swelling of the nasal passage causing me to lose my balance. I go very dizzy and have a fuzzy head afterwards. I am allergic to grass pollen dust perfumes any kind of aerosol sprays...but does anyone know what causes this to happen ???? Thanks for any advice

It could be many things........

I've had nasal polyps removed, these are caused by inflammation of the lining of the nose and sinuses. Prior to developing these I had allergic rhinitis for years inc hay fever and have multiple allergies. My polyps were removed 7 years ago but were back within 2 years. The congestion these cause can lead to occasional dizziness. Your GP can just look up your nose and if you have them they should be easily visible

Another condition I had prior to the polyps being removed was Labrynthitis, which is when the channels in your ear canal are damaged and cause the flow to be disturbed and loss of balance which can go on for some time, but I think you would know if you had this

Hi there thanks for your reply. I did have my sinus looked at and don't have the polyps. Mentioning the ear channels is an interesting one. It's the not knowing that gets me down. Thanks for your advice...
