Hiya, often they are just a freckle and not a problem. However in rare cases they can be showing liver problems or sarcoidosis, however I mean rare
So best thing go to the optician, or doctor then if they suspect any problems they will refer you to ophthalmic consultant or medical consultant , but mainly they are just freckles ! Let me know what they say xx
hiya i agree see optician my conultant made me as meds can affect eyes and in only the space of 2 moths they have i have now been reffered to opthalmic consultant seroids and hydroxy done it for me so its worth a check tell them what meds your on and want to see if theve affected your eyes otherwise they just leave it at ordinary eye test good luckxxxxx
have now been taken off hydroxy dont know what im gonna have now lol
Thanks all for your replies not feeling to good left wrist is swelling nd in so much pain and feel tired and sick, monday i will make an appt for an eye test will keep you all informed, going to mention flashes i keep having in my eyes but have had bp done and never no problems so at a loss xxxx
I have loads of problems with my eyes, all RA/auto-immune related not drug related but don't have any spots and don't get flashes, I get inflammation and pain of the white in one eye and possible inflammation of the iris, and bad dryness in both plus something weird with the nerve in the worst eye, I see an opthamologist regularly! Definitely anyone if you have any worries about your eyes get them checked out, you only have the two! xxx
