last night had a dream of smoking i am 8 months healthier and dreamt of smonking a SPLIFF but never ever smoked cannabis also a fag was floating in the air taunting me in my dreams lol.........but i wont smoke i know its the " dark side " been going gym doing weightlifitng also jogging fron 10 metres to 1 1/2miles and that was hard work

Such dreams can be a warning and also triggers. So be careful you are not allowing it trigger any desire to smoke. Celebrate the fact that you have been smokefree for a while now and let the advantages of being smokefree erase any desire to want to smoke.
