Hi, it was Day 1 yesterday, and i didnt do very well, i was ok while i was working, but after tea time, i was in a good place and ended up having a cigarette and was really annoyed at myself after it

Hi, don't beat yourself up about it, we have all been there. Dust yourself off and go again. Did you only have the one?

As Lastquit said, don't beat yourself up. More important to start again.

If tea was generally when you also smoked, try to change something about that. The place, the time, something that disrupts the habits.

When I first tried to quit, I eventually stopped going to any of the stores that sold cigarettes. I'd go in to buy detergent, or a light bulb and I'd add a pack at the counter. But eventually that goes away if you keep at it.
