The best advice I can think of is what I did when I quit I stayed busy, if I found I was thinking of smokes I started thinking of other things I read books anything I chewed my self out quite a bit. I stayed away from people who smoked at first then when I was around them I explained why then we worked it out where we got together it was outside. I am now 21+ years nonsmoker. I found most people understood when I told them I quit smoking!
