I'm on day 10 of not smoking. The one thing that's driving me up the walls is a mouth full of mouth ulcers. This is always the one thing that puts me back on the cigs. Does anyone have any remedies or advice as i really don't want to start smoking again!!

Oh man that's the pits but great work getting to 10 days! Sorry I don't know of any quick fix to the mouth ulcers just using mouth washes and the salt and water solution to help them heal and try calm the bacteria in your mouth. The ulcers will go away you just need to tough it out and I promise you won't regret it. 10 days is epic and the further you get with this the less you will want to go back to smoking, don't let the nicotine give you any excuse to go back to it. Kia kaha from New Zealand nest of luck.
