Hello everybody, it's cashier lady back from the slipups . I had almost forgotten about this lovely forum but my email reminded me just in time . so the story gies I joined here a while back when I was quit and slipped up and then sorta disappeared . I'm not proud of it but it happened . and then the year 2019 came along and tore me a new one so I wasnt even thinking about quitting until I decided to better my life and get a new job! And all of a sudden not being at working stating at cigarettes all day combined with scheduled but very short breaks and I had greatly reduced my smoking so I picked up some nicotine pouches (tobacco free ) ans decide to see if I could go a whole day . a whole day turned into a week before I slipped up and (October 9 ) but then I haven't had any since! I do still use the pouches but have been able stretch out can for three days . but this week the cravings have been something awful . I live with two smokers and just about everyone in my family smokes but for the most part in good except I have been getting horrible chest pain and shortness of breath . my brain on cravings keeps suggesting that it's because I quit smoking and if I had a smoke I would feel better . I know its not true but the trouble breathing makes it hard to do even basic household chores and I'm so tired all the time yesterday I took two nPs and still slept like a rock last night. And I dont know how fix it. If it continues through the week I will go to Dr . but I was wondering if anyone ekse struggked with this during their quit. Any and all advice will be aporeciated and its lovely to see you all again 💜
