First day

First day of using the patches had a few cravings nothing major, going to take my patch off before bed as i dont want a disturbed sleep hopefully tomorrow will be a good day with not as much cravings 🙂

Welcome Cazzza - congratulations on day 1 over you, well done! We have several members who successfully stopped with the aid of the patches and are various milestone stages from 6 months to over 1 year. It is important to bear in mind when taking the patches you are still getting your nicotine fix so not necessarily going through nicotine withdrawal until you stop the patches so that is why you are not getting severe cravings at the moment. But good news..... you have stopped smoking and 1 cigarette contains thousands of poisonous chemicals with nicotine just being one of them....
