So day 8 today and onto the 1mg tablets. I have decided to just take one a day as I’m really quite slim and tiny. I have to say that in terms of side effects today I feel super spaced out. It’s a bit weird but I have read that other people have felt like that and it has passed after a couple of weeks. Does anyone have any experience of this? Also got a headache today but I can deal with that. Any advice? Thank you

Hey Stacey48 , the headache and fuzzy or foggy brain is a normal side effect of the champix as listed on pinned post. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and avoiding caffeine. Try and get out in the fresh air for a bit of a walk daily to clear the head 😪🤓
