Good to hear from you michellesdeli46 , well done on continuing your fight to stop smoking for good.
The most important thing is to learn from previous attempts and know how to deal or come up with a plan to fight those triggers that make you want to light up and smoke. Get that mindset that smoking is not an option, ever....
Are you going cold turkey or using an NRT aid? If using an aid and still getting nicotine, the irritability could be caffeine, too much sugary foods, being dehydrated and just the experience of being frustrated being back at this stage again.
To help with this, avoid caffeine, alcohol and sugary foods. Drink loads and loads of water, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Have a bit of walk daily to clear the head. Take time out for yourself, relax in a bath with scented candles, meditate if that is something you are into, see pinned post below on a free app. Magnesium is also a great vitamin to help with this too.
