Below is a link to a free meditation app kindly shared by our Mummymonster . I am not into meditation but had a look and it is excellent and has a wide variety of meditation topics from sleep, anxiety, stress etc... with a wide range of durations from 5 minutes to 1 hour which can really help with cravings, anxiety, sleep disturbance as a result of nicotine withdrawals..
Thank you for putting this up. Every year I promise myself I will improve at tech. Every year I fall further behind. But I wouldn't be without this app. I try to do something from it every day now. Before I was using it in emergencies, and it is really good for that, you can find something on here to get you right through a craving, panic attack, full blown domestic crisis, or just a touch of the blahs. But daily practice is brilliant for rebalancing and regulating oneself.
There Are a couple for smoking cessation, that last 7-9 minutes and are like a health giving, life reaffirming cigarette break, if such a thing were possible.
I have been keeping a daily practice of meditation for around 7 years now and have found it very helpful in lots of different ways I also use eft therapy and that too could be very helpful for anyone trying to quit smoking check out
