I'm on day 23 and I'm begining to understand the icky threes: verywellmind.com/what-are-t... as I'm on the 3 weeks one and I'm getting a lot of urges but I'm staying positive and reminding myself that it's not worth It todos cave, It doesnt make anything better It actually makes anxiety and stress worse not better plus the guilt You feel when You cave, so I'm refuse to do so! Hope everyone else is staying strong It Will be worth It! And my skin has also improved lots! I have no foundation nor concealer on in the photo

Hey Anna! Congratulations again! and thanks for the link on the "icky threes"'; I've never heard of those before but it does make sense and gives me something to get ready for. As I've said before in my first month I put on around 12 pounds and am just now starting to get rid of it but that doesn't seem to be your problem. As a guy I don't wear make up or really notice my skin changes but I do feel better, a lot better so that is what counts for me and I'm betting your breathing and just feeling much better all around. You've come a long way in 24 days (since I'm replying a day after you posted) and there is a long way to go, but....... the long way to go is filled with smoke free days and that is what will make the journey so much more awesome. Keep kicking ass Anna! You got this! I'm on day 69 myself and enjoy being motivated from our successes! P.S. Mr. Nic is a Dick.
