for anyone who thinks it is not possible. Have the belief and hope that you CAN achieve a smoke free life for good 💪🚭

It's definitely possible, it's definitely for your own good....

How many of us have had a smoker who just smoked come up and join conversation.. they smell like an full old ashtray.. I never knew.., that's all

You can only stop being a smoker if you want to stop being a smoker. Just decide when to do it. Pick a date (soon is best). Draw a line. Step over it. Then just two rules (1) Never put a tobacco product in your mouth ever again, and (2) Never spend a penny on tobacco products ever again. Stick to those two rules and get on with the rest of your life. Enjoy.

Do it. You will NEVER regret it.
