So I’ve managed the whole working week and a night in with my partner and his twin (they both find lots of jokes funny... I don’t really get it) and I haven’t cracked!! I’m starting to think this is really it this time!! Yay!!

BUT... my skin is awful massive breakout😢😢 I suffer from bad skin generally but this is twice as bad as normal!! And it hurts 😢 any advice?

Keep going everyone ❤️

Hi kezo; are you taking Champix or anything to help quit? Wondering if that is giving you skin issues. When I eat loads of vegetables and very little carbs, my skin gets really good. So give that a try. Other than that, good on you for getting through a week of work and the twin jokes and not cracking!! I have twins and they like to joke together and I love seeing them laugh, even if i don't know what the heck is so funny ha ha

Stick with your quit Kezosb. I don't know if your skin issue is related to quitting, our body can react if various ways to the change. But if it is related, it is temporary. I had a horrible cough for 2 months but it went away. I ate and ate, but I stopped.

As always, if it lasts longer, see a doctor.
