Hi guys! Today is day 24. I first brgan my Quit Journey using patches for 2 weeks...21mg the 1st..14 the second. And after that..I just stopped using the patches. (My poor little arms were reacting from the patches). I smoked for about 20 years or so..on and off..with the last few years my usage has become heavier. I finally got sick of waking up choking on my phlegm..wheezing..etc. I have three boys..and a husband who have begged me to stop. Welp...after numerous previous attempts...One time I used Chantix...Ive used patches before...and even tried cold turkey. I guess Im FINALLY ready. I got two little cravings yesterday.. Scared me a little. Im trying to eat whenever I get cravy...as Im a little underweight..and could stand the pounds!! Lol. Amyway...Good job to anybody else fighting this fight!!! 👊👍
