Hey everyone. 7 weeks free from the chains of chemicals and tar. I have noticed that when I play video games I am totally distracted from any cravings despite games used to be a trigger. What helps distract you? Hope you're all well on this day :)

Good to hear from you Shinyemily and that you are continuing to do well :)

For me, baking and cleaning was a great distraction. Scrubbed the house from top to bottom in the first few months of stopping!!

I am Definitely feeling much better. Especially now I am not coughing up any more brown (and on the one occasion solid black). My moods are returning to normal and no more GORD. I guess my body is now almost back to normal and my mood has certainly improved along with the anxiety. I don't do so well in the winter :D , ready for summer already lol. I bet you're house looked sparkling with smell if freshly baked cake hmmmm *drools*.

I think I've always been a bit of a game fanatic but not as much as my daughter. She likes mario. Like you say whatever works, keeps the brain busy and craving free ;)
