day 11 cold turkey

Hi all, just joined. am day 11. Cravings are still here but not as bad as the beginning. Still have the tension in my stomach constantly. Headaches are just about gone, thank goodness that was driving me nuts. I've been following along with the book "21 days to stop smoking".. i liked the beginning better then the past few days of bla bla lol. Darn cat scratched my eye area few days ago and its bothering me alot, so thats giving me stress an its almost 100 degrees today (which is good cause made me think when i was smoking, the hot days were rotten with chest pain an shortness of breath). Anyhow, just saying hello, anyone else on day 11 also here?

Hello birdseatbugs , welcome to our community Huge congratulations on 11 days smoke free - the anxiety, headaches etc... are all perfectly normal withdrawals from nicotine. I too stopped cold turkey almost 3 years ago, best and hardest achievement of my life so far, but so worth it to be the happiest I have been in years and enjoying life so much more now I am smoke free.
