Quit smoking so I can have better skin and ... - No Smoking Day
Quit smoking so I can have better skin and be healthy.
Welcome Nix77 - congratulations on 1 week smoke free, well done!!
I haven't heard of this withdrawal from nicotine before but could possibly be to do with your mouth and/or gums so a trip to your dentist is worthwhile especially when we stop smoking as it masks so many underlying problems in the mouth. I stopped smoking cold turkey almost 3 years ago and didn't bother going to my dentist for at a least a year and a half, had mild gum disease and had to get some root canal treatment done. It was only when I stopped that noticed the discomfort and pain in my mouth.....
Are you going cold turkey? Please don't be disheartened, it takes time and a gradual process as our body and mind rewire, repair and recover, it will get better and you will feel and look so much better soon
How are you getting Nix77 - over 1 month now
