Time back - life back...

When I look at stats like this I am really motivated.

20 hrs not spent smoking !! And the rest.

I would sit outside have my cig but be looking at my phone and get trapped in that. So I’ve probably regained double or triple that time.

And I really notice it !!

I used to be exhausted after work during the week, so sat was catch up....floors, washing, bathrooms etc

Well it’s Sat morning and I’m happy to say all that’s been done during the week with that extra time and energy.

My weekend is mine, yeh! well apart from taxiing kids :)

Nowandforever I totally agree !the energy it’s one of the first things I noticed after quitting .We are all different but after my first20 days staying quit got so much easier .and basically I had cravings here and there that lasted shorter and shorter each time .soon after that I wasn’t even thinking about cigarrets any more .

Nowandforever you will succeed also because you have enthusiasm ! And that’s very important ..You are a winner .And you really want to repair your health ..Congratulations 👍💪
