I'm loving your diary, Roisin! There's a lot of useful stuff on that one page but I especially like the 'a year from now ...' quote - I'm hoping a year from now I'll either be feeling pretty righteous about my quit decision or better still will have forgotten that I ever smoked at all. Hmm, not sure about the advice for Tuesday 6th though ;o)

Evening all, have another wedding tomorrow (3rd wedding in 3 months and hadn't one in over a year!!)
