I got a 2018 Diary as a gift for my birthday - its a very unusual one, has recipes in it, quotes, aspirations, motivators etc for each month and day....
This is the one for today, took a picture of it to share with you all.....think I will be going back it time and time again

It’s going well. It’s now day 24 for me and my first day back at work after 2 weeks and I didn’t succumb to temptation. 😀 I’m still craving but tell myself it’s all in my mind.
