Hi all! It's my 34th day of being smoke free! I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! If you don't celebrate then I wish you a wonderful weekend with plenty of good times! I want to thank this support group as a whole and let you know how instrumental you have been in the last 34 days of helping me stay smoke free. All of your posts, your journies, your struggles, advice, support, and kind words are irreplaceable. I'm so glad this forum was created and look forward to 2018 with you guys!!! Taking one day at a time.....

You gave up similiar time to me. One day at a time is a good motto as tomorrow can take care of itself. As I said to one of the others. Its gonna be great Jan 1St to be able to say we quit last year. Keep going we can do this. You have a lovely xmas too x
