Wow really didn't think I would get this far!! There's still times I think how I could have a cig right now (doesn't help my partner smokes) but I'm still plodding along, I'm at the docs this week for an asthma check so hoping for better results x

You are doing so well. Must be hard having a smoker round you. My daughter has been staying and she smokes. Did notice how she stunk and I would of been the same. So thats a positive lol. I would think your doctor will be pleased you have quit.

Hey Amc86 , well done on 12 days smoke free!

I really admire anyone who stops with having the temptation of other smokers around them and having to endure the stink of smoke.

Best of luck with the docs today, will be a great feeling letting them know you have stopped!
