Little catch up

159 days smoke free! 😀 yes me! Ive just counted it on the calender. Yes ive had mega stress. A cig wont solve it. Yes ive been frustrated. A cig wont stop it. Yes i been bored. A cig wont cure it. Don't get me wrong i have had 1 or 2 cravings recently but they been out of the blue and ive laughed and told my brain you aint having it. It wont make you feel better. Why would you want to undi all your hard work. Only problem i have now is always hungry but not because of the cigs. I been doing crossfit 3 times a week with military pti's and it is really hard work as well as power lifting 2-3 times a week all around my job with teenagers as well as keepingeverything together at home and walking the dog a few miles. Im so fit and happy now it feels incredible and i certainly could not do it 159 days ago. I also now have a marshmallow addiction but with my new level of fitness its all good. Happy quitting you can do it 😊

I can now smell smoke miles away and it really turns my stomach. And stale smoke is the worst. I was looking at something in a shop and a guy stood next to me and i had to move away before i threw up. In another shop i wispered to my daughter we would come back and look at something because i needed look at something else (needeed to move from the stale smoke smell) my daughter said to me once we moved away im glad you dont stink like that lady anymore mum. Me too i said. Cant believe how gross i must of been and didnt even realise it
