Almost 8 days and developed a pretty horrible taste in my mouth, this along with getting dizzy!! Other than that all is good hope everyone else is staging strong!

Good to read thorpey11 - the taste could be dental/gum related so maybe a check up with your dentist is needed as when we stop smoking, any of these issues rare their ugly head!

With regards the dizziness, make sure you are drinking loads of water and don't get dehydrated - keep the sugar levels up too with fruit and fruit juices. Stay close to us

These seem to have settled a little now has felt like a constant craving today though!

The mental battle is in full swing now thorpey11 and will be for a while, but for every day passed smoke free, the stronger you will become and easier to deal with them. Just take it hour by hour and keep in touch with us

Hang on in there thorpey...keep in mind you are on the worst roller coaster ride in your life...The ups and downs can change in minutes and could last for hours... Strongs !!!
