today and can't quite believe it I have come this far - still taking it day by day and becoming more stronger and confident in my journey - thanks to everyone here - I check in most days and read all the posts from milestone achieved to struggles which has been vital in my quit as can feel very alone at times especially if you were a closet ex smoker and people around you not knowing what you are going through, so I thank you all
