So I'm still smoke free.. 6 months and 17 days lol I'm so happy and glad I gave up smoking.. don't get. E wrong, I have moments when I miss them and think oh one won't hurt but it soon passes and while I've had a few health issues, I think being smoke free has definitely made me feel a bit better 😊

So if it's your first day.. 3rd week or your just thinking about it.. do it!! It's not as hard if you use a nicotine replacement and have a positive attitude 😊
