Almost a month without a cigarette and yesterday I treated myself to a day at the beach on the money I had saved. Walking through the waves is far more fun than staying at home smoking fags. Let's make the tobacco industry history, bankrupt them.

I'm so jealous! I want to hit the beach too!! So hot in Louisiana. Glad I quit smoking and can't believe I used to suffer in the extreme heat just to smoke. Ick! Glad you're doing well!
