Well look at me making it to day 90, I don't miss smoking and hate the smell of them lol

I'm still getting frustrated,Not sure what's causing that but not wanting a cigarette to deal with it so I'm doing ok..😊

Good woman Louise, the frustration is normal and will settle down soon, its just your brain continuing to re-wire and recover. Patience is a virtue and you are doing more than ok, you are doing great, keep it up

Hi Louiseb17 , well done on 90 days... that is so wonderful 💗

The frustration is a stage that can last awhile. I put my family through the wringer... I was surprised they still talk to me. They appreciated the advance notice I gave them. I made them read the info on how to support someone you love when they stop smoking.

Although I have much better control now I still have moments that I get really anxious. I'm hopeful this too shall pass all the best, your family will get through it☺️
